The group
From one product to
a diversified group.
Vera Group began with VeraWater, an alkaline water purifier built to solve a specific problem. Three more companies followed — CodSphere in software, Y-Bans in travel, and Vera Capital in investment and wealth management — each independently managed, now operating under one identity.
Our mission
Build businesses that solve something real.
To operate a family of companies that each address a genuine, everyday problem — clean water, wasted energy, unreliable software, unsafe travel, opaque finance — and to run them well enough that each stands on its own.
Our vision
An ecosystem that outlasts any one of us.
To become an Indian business house whose companies are each strong enough to stand alone, and deliberately structured so that they reinforce one another — building wealth for employees, partners and owners alike.
The origin
The birth of VeraWater
Rajesh Singh Dhillon was a global entrepreneur and explorer — but wherever his travels took him, from Tokyo to Peru, one problem followed: the absence of safe, clean drinking water. Falling ill repeatedly, he consulted doctors who revealed a striking fact — nearly 90% of health problems originate from impure or chemically treated water.
His journey through India and Nepal deepened this conviction, reinforcing the importance of clean water to health and daily life. Combining that conviction with science and technology, he created VeraWater: an AI-assisted RO purification system with real-time sensors tracking pH, mineral balance and contamination, optimising every drop.
That single product became VoltVeraShop. Three more companies followed, each founded on its own market and standing on its own footing — CodSphere in software, Y-Bans in travel, and Vera Capital in investment and wealth management.
Milestones
The first VeraWater alkaline purifier goes into development in Ambala, Haryana.
The VERApure alkaline range launches — Yamuna, Saraswati, Ganga and the premium Amrit.
BLDC AI fans and smart LED TVs join the VoltVeraShop catalogue. Separately, CodSphere is founded as a software company building for its own clients.
The warehouse partner model is formalised, taking fulfilment closer to customers.
CodSphere crosses 150 deployments and opens a Vancouver office, serving clients across Canada and India.
Vera Capital is established to manage group capital and investor relationships through a dedicated portal.
Four companies operating under one identity, and one standard of governance.
